SHIPPING & REFUND
Please allow 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) for your order to be processed and another 2-5 business days for delivery (WM), or 5-10 days for delivery (EM). Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your order to reach you may vary. We do not guarantee that you will receive your order on time.
Tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been fulfilled.
We do not accept any returns or refunds. All products are carefully made in a sterilized environment. Hence, we do not accept any returns for hygiene purposes. This includes returns or refunds for allergic reactions. It is our customers responsibility to do a patch test when first trying the product. However, if the jar arrives broken or if you received an incorrect order, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a replacement. In the case where you have received an incorrect order, you may be asked to return the incorrect item received (shipping costs will be covered).
